Browse & submit an RFQ
What it’s for — the Marketplace is for anyone who needs to hire a crane. Instead of ringing round crane companies, you describe the lift once and Craneye finds suitable machines and gets you quotes.
When you’d use it — you have a lifting job (a load to place, a site, a date) and you want options and prices quickly.
How to submit a request for quote (RFQ)
-
Describe the lift. Tell the Marketplace what you’re lifting and where: the load weight, the working radius (how far the crane sits from the load), the lift height, your site location and the dates. You don’t need crane expertise — just the facts about your load and site.
-
Let Craneye match you. Craneye compares your lift against real crane load charts and shortlists machines that can actually do it — the right capacity at the right radius — from providers near your site.
-
Send the RFQ. With one click your request goes to the matched providers. You stay anonymous until you accept a quote.
-
Compare quotes. Providers reply with a price and terms. You see them side by side and pick the one you want.

What happens after you accept
When you accept a quote, the provider is notified and the two of you are connected to arrange the lift. On the provider’s side, your request turns into a real job in their ERP — with the same safety checks every Craneye dispatch gets.
Common questions
- Do I need to know which crane I need? No. Describe the load and site; Craneye works out which machines fit.
- Is my information shared with everyone? Only matched providers see your request, and your identity stays private until you accept a quote.
